Delivery coverage

MORVAIN delivers to the Kurdistan Region and all governorates of Iraq.

Delivery fee

A flat delivery fee of 5,000 IQD is added once per order and shown in the shopping bag, checkout and order confirmation.

Delivery time

Each product is marked with one of two estimated delivery periods: 3–4 days or 15–20 days. If an order contains products with different periods, the longest displayed estimate applies unless our team confirms separate delivery.

Order confirmation

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order, address and preferred delivery time. Please enter a reachable Iraqi phone number and a complete landmark-based address.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, public holidays, courier capacity, security restrictions or incomplete customer information may cause delays outside MORVAIN's control.
