Orders and payment

Orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. Cash on delivery is currently supported. Prices are shown in Iraqi dinars and may be corrected before confirmation when an obvious technical or pricing error occurs.

Product information

We aim to display accurate images, colours, descriptions and sizes. Screen settings and production batches may cause minor differences. Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed and the order is confirmed.

Direct Sale and Pre-order

Each product is labelled Direct Sale or Pre-order. Direct Sale items follow the published 14-day return policy. Confirmed Pre-order items are specially sourced or prepared and are not returnable or refundable except for a wrong or verified defective item.

Delivery

A 5,000 IQD delivery fee applies per order. The estimated period shown for each product is 3–4 days or 15–20 days and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes and cancellation

Contact MORVAIN as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after confirmation, sourcing, dispatch or delivery.

Intellectual property

MORVAIN names, logos, website design, photographs and original content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MORVAIN is not responsible for indirect losses, delivery delays outside its control or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
